Nothing has changed for this place it still portrays itself to be luxury but it's actually just a good area. the apartments are terrible and the maintenance is just lazy. I have a constant leak from my windows, my upstairs neighbor from everything. it's not uncommon to have your whole apartment get flooded. I have heard from other people that they have a had holes in their walls and bathrooms, EVEN CELLINGS FOR MONTHS ALMOST A YEAR waiting for the maintenance to get to it. 7 years later stuck in a apartment washing machine is ready to fall through the floor, mold water leaks ,air-conditioning system isn't correctly installed pot smoke, Never Never fix anything correctly including the washing machine when installed Very sick from mold doctor detected different molds in bloodworm, Arizona Health department was contacted unfortunately Arizona doesn't have a law to protect tenants Electric bill has shot up over $300 a month most lights flicker and won't turn on , outlets don't work most of the tim... read more
ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE! The view alone is enough to make you want to move in! Staff does so much for the community such as hosting events constantly. The staff is always so kind and ready to help in any matter, especially the Assistant Manager. Beautiful community with 2 pools, 2 hot tubs & a fully functioning Gym, open 24/7.
