Unfortunately my lease was up a few months after Hurricane Michael and it didn't matter that i had previously lived there for 3 years but my rent went up $200 more. Staff was okay and more than understanding and worked with us all they could but it just wasn't enough. They do a pretty decent job but there is always trash on the grounds.

Recently traveled to PCB with a friend to view the houses on this property. Kayla took us both around the entire community and showed us everything . She was kind, knowledgeable, and very friendly. My friend is super excited to join this community, and I am happy to get to visit her in such a great place. Thank you Kayla for making us feel so welcome.

My boyfriend and I have been here a little over one year and we love it!!! All the staff members are super friendly! Kayla and Katie in the front office are so amazing!!
The manager Kayla Griffin was rude and threatened to call the cops on me after I complained in person about the AC not working correctly. Worst person I ever had to deal with in my life
My experience has been a positive one, so far. Love the location, clubhouse, and the staff. I had to clean my apartment when it was hand it over to me, though. But, there are things you can do without having to wait for maintenance, so I did them myself, and problem solved. Cons? Maybe some irresponsible tenants that don't clean up their pet waste. But, overall, it has been a good experience.
I love live here😍....peace reigns in this place ☺️
