DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. it’s not like Jay will ever pick up a phone call anyway, he is a con artist. Him and Jeff did nothing but give us the run around, not pick up our calls or texts and lied. But they sure took our money without issue. I feel terrible for the people still waiting on products like us. I ordered from another company but I hope people research unlike I did and do not choose this company.
This man Jay Verzich is a dishonest individual. Took my entire payment and one year later still no blind. I've lost very close to $1,000. It appears the company is closed? I won't get my money back but this swine has to look himself in the mirror and answer to his kids, so he loses more than me.
Run! These blinds were not installed correctly. Some couldn't be shut without excessive force while others wouldn't stay shut without a shim. No response from Jay. Finally, hired another company to correct the problem. They are trashing the blinds and doing a whole new install as these weren't properly measured.
Clearly Jeff and Jay are con artists. I put an order for shutters in August and was told they would be installed in 10 weeks due to Covid. I checked in with Jeff several times in September and November and he promised to look into the status and never replied. Now there is no response to e-mails, phone calls or text messages. From reading the recent reviews, it appears they have done this to everyone. The grifter is Jay Verzich. On linkedin he doesn't even have his name listed as the owner anymore.
I ordered blinds in early June 2020 and put down a very large deposit. I have been told for months that the blinds were made but not shipped. Four weeks ago they told me they were being shipped and would arrive in two weeks, but still no response to my frequent requests for refund or an install date. Extremely poor communication once they have your deposit money.
