Awesome gym in Prahran with a community feel. The trainers know everyone's name and are committed to pushing you to achieve your results and also know how to have fun and share a laugh. Love the mix of programming; HIIT, strength and conditioning. Only been back a week after iso and already seeing results! Good mix of classes throughout the day +open gym is a game changer!! Highly recommend
