We LOVE the food here! We live off of RR12 and happened to drive by and notice the new Pita Shop! We are so happy to have good food on this side of town. Plus it's the BEST Pitas so worth the drive! We had the Gyros and they were perfectly seasoned and the size was just right. I'm a huge fan of Dolmas and these are the best around! Will definitely be frequenting this place!
This place is great! Totally worth the drive down RR12. Was extremely happy to see that this food is similar to Cedar's since it is the same dude! Shout out to Omar for his excellent customer service, as always, and Kevin was really nice as well. My boyfriend and I will definitely be visiting here a lot more. Always have fresh pita and hummus, and you can't get bomb chicken tikka elsewhere around like this place.

This is my favorite restaurant in San Marcos. The food is consistently awesome and the customer service is incredible. I get a gyro and my boyfriend gets the chicken tikka pita and both meals are fantastic. The veggies and the pita are always super fresh and the meat is always really full favored and still incredibly hot from the kitchen. Well I was kinda skeptical about going and taking 5 kid's with me to eat there with a few of them being picky eaters! Let's just say they all loved it and my sister and I really enjoyed it. My first time eating such amazing food and my sister said it was one of the best gyros she's had. Great job pita shop for making us feel welcomed and filling our bellies. Definitely will be going back :)

My husband and I have been craving shawarma for months. We came across The Pita Shop by accident and were so happy to see Omar and his wife running the business. We had wonderful meals and some fantastic hot Mediterranean tea.
I got dinner to go, falafel with creamy garlic sauce, hummus with pita, garden salad with black olives! Yum!!!
Sooo good! I got the Gyro, 100% better than Saint Pita. We will be coming back very soon!
