FIRST CLASS AUTO REPAIR AT ITS BEST I love this place.... Its the ultimate spot for auto repair. Full service auto care, everything from a basic(synthetic blend) oil change thats the same price as a quick oil change place to full engine over all. The show room is sweet, FREE COFFEE, FREE WIFI, LEATHER COUCHES, 2 FLAT SCREEN TVS WITH HD SERVICE and FANTASTIC SERVICE. Yes im thrilled, not to mention its in the heart of Kearny Mesa. Your the Best ! I cant say enough abou these guys, they took care of me when I was in a tough spot, my car broke down and I had a ton of work to do. They gave me the respect that I deserve and that goes along way being a women, you never see that in a repair shop, the advior took the time to expain what was wrong with my car and what need to be repaired, it was an educational experiance for me even though car repair and automobiles are the last thing I care to know about. PLEASE don't go there unless, you are okay with throwing you money away! I'm trying to let people know so they don't go through what my husband and I went through...They are THIEFS!!!, and a bunch of SNAKES!!! The Pit Stop, makes things right Enrique and the crew of the Pit Stop are great. They let you know exactly what is wrong, offer options on how you want your car repaired and then fix it. They do great work and do it well. I was able to show up at 9:30 in the morning and they had me done by 11. I will be recommending them to my friend from now on.
Thank You These guys have always been there for me when I have had issues with my car, sure I drive a Toyota and by nature the car is designed to be super reliable, but the fact is things happen, the guys over at the pit stop really know what a relationship is, they always know who I am when I stop in, they send me email reminders when I need service and they are always cheaper than the dealer. Cant beat that.

I could not be happier! I first took my car to a mechanic that was approved under my extended warranty. After waiting almost a week for a catalytic converter to arrive, they informed me the wrong part came and it was going to be twice as much $ and time to get the right one. I checked my warranty closely and discovered it wouldn't even be covered. I was looking at almost $3k to repair so a friend suggested Jimmy at The Pit Stop and said he wouldn't jerk me around.
