My wife was in the hospital with complications due to kidney stones while she was pregnant. We completely forgot about paying our newspaper subscription. I received a call from Kristy, who was very understanding. She waived my balance due to me forgetting to put the paper on hold and reinstated my service so I didn't lose the discounted rate I had. I have had many calls from bill collectors and none were as polite or professional as the one I had with Kristy. I hope one of her supervisors are reading this. -Danny D.
