They call me nonstop. I finally answered and they told me my subscription is up for renewal and that I have a balance they can waive if I sign up. I never once received the paper when I originally signed up and now I have a balance? they started to get nasty with me and threatened to send me to collections and said they were trying to “help me”. i signed up again because they said they’ll give me a “courtesy call” to make sure i got the paper and they promised me they’ll put it on my porch. I have signed up for my local paper multiple times with the Pisa group, And each time they promise me things but never come through, from saying it can be delivered to my porch, to the rates staying a price for 6 months then raising them after 8 weeks, saying I’ll get a $10 gift card that I never receive. Very dishonest company and will never sign up through them again
This company has never failed to please me. I love every time they call me I know that I will have a good experience. They are easy to deal with.
