A bunch of thieves. One of his employees came over to a new business I was opening. He came in his company truck, in uniform. I paid him for half the job, $1000 bucks, and he disappeared. I live in a condo, top floor and was in need of a water heater replacement. The quote I received was significaly lower compared to other well-know "big" companies. This "stubby" waterheater recommended by Chris also had a better warrany then your standard. Long-story-short, Chris and his team were out two days later, as promissed. They worked efficiently to get it replaced, cleaned the area where they worked, helped me fill-out the warranty info. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Chris and his employees. Clint came out and did an awesome job for my mother-in-laws condo. He was right on time (even 15 minutes early). Very personable and polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the leaking drain and fixed it. Unlike some companies that are looking to upcharge and find additional not needed work, Clint was very honest and forthright. I would highly recommend The Pipe Medic to any of my friends and family.

I had a water main line that was leaking within the foundation of our home where it entered from the outside into the house. I called Chis and he sent a team out the next morning. They showed up at the time promised, which doesn't happen often. They assessed the situation and explained the steps they would need to take to fix the issue. The two of them worked quickly and efficiently to get it repaired in a timely manner.
