This place use to be good. Use to be amazing for kids. Now, it’s just discouraging. My 7 year old is “to tall” for bumpers... so now he’s sitting here crying because he’s so discouraged. All summer long it has not been an issue. Now all of a sudden he’s “too tall”. WAy to discourage our youth ms “district manager”.

My son and I took my 3 granddaughters age 3,6 and 15. My 15 year old is legally blind and has very minimal vision. They were so gracious to make her bowling experience a success that they let her bowl using the bumpers. She had a blast and she felt awesome because she was able to get a score of 110 and 95. Because of them she walked out of there feeling like a winner. Thank you!

15 lanes open and they told us they where save for a league game that started an hour later. They told us that it would be a 30 min wait....after 30 min they told us it would be 45 min wait because of a reservation they forgot about. Piss poor management in my opinion......not to mention we had 3 kids waiting patiently for the first 30 min.

I would give them a zero if I could. Our family came here for the first time today. There are no balls less than 8 pounds, so my son can barely throw it. After finding this out, we requested bumpers to help him out, but apparently there is a height limit to be able to use the bumpers...he was about an inch over. For $50, my child should be able to use bumpers if he needs them. We will NEVER come back.

Business response:

Audrey I am sorry to hear you gave us a low score for things we can not control. Our balls doors on our machine are to heavy for balls that weigh less than 8 pounds. Because of that reason that is why we have ball slides for the kids to use if the balls are to heavy. Our bumpers are made of plastic so bigger kids can damage the bumpers by hitting them to hard. If we make an exception for one kid then we would have to make exceptions for all. We have a summer program where kids can bowl 2 games a day for free, they must have ... read more

Screw the lady at the desk with absolutely no tact or empathy whatsoever. I reserved 3 lanes and paid a deposit for my son’s 8 year birthday party that was scheduled for 5pm. We live an hour away and due to unforeseen circumstances, didn’t arrive until 5:20. It appeared there were only two workers in the whole building and they were both standing at the computer for over 10 minutes trying to deal with some technical error and never even acknowledged us to tell us when they might be able to help us. By the time the older woma... read more

They could have toilets that actually flush for the customers it is one of the most disgusting bathrooms I have ever seen. I thought going to the one on the entrance would be better, but both with 3 toilets in each were clogged up with urine and feces disgusting.
