Came to have a great time with friends and was presented with a very rude manager I guess she was. I will not be going back unless she is no longer working there.
We come here when we want to bowl maybe once a year. I make the same observation every time about how poor the customer service is at the front counter. It’s really the same woman every time. She’s either rude when you ask questions, or she just ignores you and makes you sit there while she does whatever menial task she’s trying to do. It wouldn’t hurt to smile at the customer and kindly tell them you’ll be right with them. It’s not enough to never come here again, but it does keep me from encouraging others to come here.
