Used to like coming here but staff has gotten ruder. When we arrived 2 hours before closing and tried to buy two games for three people she refused and would only sell us one. When we finished with 1 hour and 10 minutes and tried to buy another she refused to let us be on the same lane together. She did the same to the group in front of us. If they don't like being here late then change your hours since you wont let people bowl with their friends anyways.
If this is an establishment for family fun....what difference does it make how many people comes...I went to get a lane and because my other party wasn't there I couldn't get a lane or shoes yet....this was my second time coming and I realized why it's been such a long time since I came again....not to mention the lady at the front counter is rude and have no tact when talking to customers

Was not impressed at all. Online and at the bowling alley they say they are open till midnight. We got there at 9 pm and by 9:30 they were pressuring us to hurry up and leave. On Monday's the bar isn't open and they close the snack bar before 9 pm. So you have to get stuff out of vending machines and even if you wanted something like a beer or malt liquor on a Monday night you cant get anything because they close the snack bar so early. I apologize that your experience was not great. The snack bar is open depending on business and we do a 15 minute closing notice over the loud speaker so you are able to get whatever you would like. We are open until 11 pm on Mondays and assure you that you are able to buy games and finish your games, we don't close until the last person is done. Friday and Saturday are open much later than week days.
