The alleys are great, food is good. The bar and front desk is very slow service. And the woman running the karaoke was very unprofessional and rude to new comers who weren't her regulars.
Will never be back. They shut us off half way through the second game that we way over paid for because we didn't group like they wanted us too. The lady behind the counter was rude and the food was disgusting. Every other bowling alley in Clarksville is better than this one.
RecommendedWe used to live in Clarksville and loved the Pinnacle! We even decided to bowl on a league. We have great friends and awesome experiences from this Bowling Alley.
New Friends great environment the staff very professional and customer service with a smile. A sure plus for the community.
