I absolutely adore this place. It exudes a sense of safety, and its proximity to Runyon Canyon is simply fantastic. The location is ideal, and the interior is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend living here. The people here are amazing, and I’ve made wonderful friends here.
I love this place. It is at the best location right by Runyon Canyon. It’s a beautiful building and I feel very safe here. The management and the maintenance is so quick to respond as soon as there is a small problem, which is great. I have everything I need here pool, barbecue area, beautiful views, gym, sauna, balcony, garage. Security and Courtesy patrol you can call after hour. What more do you need? And the rent is there a reasonable for this place.
It has been a nice place to live in but after 15 days of moving in I have been having problems sleeping because of all the noise!! Staff painting at 9am next to your window, fire alarm testing at 930am plus the upstairs neighbors fighting and hitting doors. The administration sent out an email with the maintaining services schedule, we did not received it (not their fault) but they were really rude when asking in person about the future maintaining services, they denied providing information saying it would only have been in... read more
Just moved in in December and loving it so far. I feel safe and secure within the building, and the amenities are AWESOME. Heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, a parking garage, key fobs, rooftop with barbecue… on top of being right next to Runyon?! It’s a dream. Maintenance requests are responded to in a timely fashion, and I feel super welcomed to the complex. Chelsea, the leasing manager, is so sweet and cares a lot about her tenants!
I keep coming back to this building all my life It’s amazing. The location. The people. The service. And even the rent is reasonable
