Pura perfección Pink Palm. La hot súper amable, atenta, nos dio una buena atención y lo mejor de todo nos regaló una hora gratis, rente por el cumpleaños de mi hija, la casa súper limpia, todo en orden, excelente ubicación cerca de restaurantes, amé la piscina 😍 nada peligrosa para que los niños jueguen. De verdad amé el lugar es un secreto escondido dentro de la ciudad de Fort Lauderdale, volveré pronto. 😎🙏🏻
I booked this property for an upcoming bachelorette trip. After I secured my booking, I discovered reviews that mentioned serious pest issues. I asked the host for confirmation that the problem had been addressed & treated. Instead of providing any documentation, the host told me to take the conversation off the booking platform, and then canceled my reservation. I would encourage anyone considering this property to ask detailed questions before booking.
Very disappointed in management of the property. Cockroaches were found and reported in the first full day of the reservation. Exterminator came quickly and confirmed the infestation which led to needing new accommodations for the group. The property manager wouldn’t answer follow up calls after refusing a full refund. Great house, very disappointing experience for what should have been a perfect long weekend.
Upon arriving to the Pink Palm Tree property my group of girls and I were so excited about the decor provided and had high hopes for the weekend. Unfortunately our time had to be cut short due to a cockroach infestation within the house. After a few tries we were able to get a hold of the owner to notify them. Not thinking much of it we stayed a few more hours before encountering more and more cockroaches in the main living space, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. DO NOT STAY HERE. If only this place were as clean as the photos show. DISGUSTING conditions & infested with massive cockroaches! Our bachelorette group was forced to relocate due to the conditions, and the owners refused to refund for the nights we couldn’t stay, even after promising that they would. Sad and gross.
