Did they do a decent groom, yes. But,Upon arriving to pick up my Scottie ,I was told "she was in horrible condition" and that the $60 charge would now be $98, and never received a phone call to discuss beforehand. The owner took offense to my shock and proceeded to "fine I will do the work for nothing then" and discounted it down to $74 After leaving I had to take my dog to the vet when I noticed she wasn't herself, she had been heavily sedated!!!!! My babies spent their first few nights at The Pines and they came home exhausted! I appreciate they had fun and were active during their "vacay". Thanks to the pampering people for taking such good care of them!
