The longer I have lived at the Pines the more I have grown disappointed in what I am paying for. The shuttles that they offer are so full that I often have to stand the entire ride, both steam rooms have been broken for over five months now with zero communication or progress of when this will be fixed, the open/common areas are never cleaned which is apparent by miscellaneous garbage that sits for months on end in corners and stairwells. Below expectation experience. Extra Electricity Bills Due To Heating/Cooling Being Electric Ended Up Paying Between $200 - $280 For The Most Part Of The Year Due To Low Temperatures. High Electricity Bills ($280/M) Due To Electric Heating & Cooling In Each Unit. You Will End Up Paying Higher In The Long Run. Rochester Area Is Extremely Cold And We Were Paying Around $250 For Electric Heating And We Additionally Had To Put Electric Heater Because The Heating Was Not Evenly Distributed In All The Rooms.
