High Electricity Bills ($280/M) Due To Electric Heating & Cooling In Each Unit. You Will End Up Paying Higher In The Long Run. honestly, not a bad place to live just don’t live in building one or two. first of all, there’s no trash shoot and you have to walk Miles to take the trash out (I’m not trying to sound ungrateful. but It’s just you pay so much and they don’t even have such a basic amenity.) oh also there’s a box unit so no central air and let me tell you in the summertime your rooms were like a sauna, and the living room was freezing in the winter.
