They do not respond to you when you need them. And they scam you out of your deposit.
While visiting people who lived there, their was no parking spots available ever. Animal poop and the walk ways. Animals wondering around unleashed. People would block the stairwell. Another thing to add, as I was walking down their stairs two of them broke resulting in me falling and landing on my right leg too hard(which I had already sprained twice and was having to wear a brace for). they are trying to scam us out of our deposit. refusing to answer any phone calls or messages. also their stairs broke while living their causing me to fall with my newborn daughter. took them a week to even come fix it. not only did they keep our $800 deposit they have now sent us a bill. our apartment was very clean when we moved out. followed all moving out procedures, and they are still trying to scam us! BEWARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY!!

RecommendedThe Pines are a great place to live. I really appreciate the amazing staff who are always so nice to me and when I had a maintenance call recently it was taken care of that day. They are always willing to listen if I have a problem. The apartments are clean and very comfortable to live in. They are also SUPER affordable and definitely wonderful place to live!

Very nice apartments at an affordable rate. Wonderful customer service, Dawn, Tiffany, and Hannah are always eager to take care of their residents needs. Issues are usually handled within a day. Leasing office always has delicious coffee, treats, and fun banter. This has been the best home away from home I could have asked for the past 2 years. It will be missed. (I'm not leavin yet, though. Still have til the end of May)

My time there was 2 years and the very best place to live in Tahlequah. The girls in the office are amazing and any time I had a issue maintenance was there.
The Pines are the worst rental property that we have ever lived in (my wife and I have been renting since we have been married in 2011, and we had lived in 5 rentals before living at the Pines). I give multiple reasons, but I will just simply say that it is not family friendly, and more specifically not very kid friendly!!! If you have children look elsewhere!
