Management is either incapable or have great difficulty with resolving problems they cause. I can only assume this at this time since I have yet to get a response from a manager to resolve their error. It has been almost two months since their screw up.
Please look somewhere else. This complex may have once been good but the current management is unreasonable. They don't respond to maintenance requests aside from saying "We are currently waiting on a few parts" or just resubmitting the same request repeatedly without doing anything about it. I had a broken dishwasher since the start of the semester and we only got a maintenance guy come in on the very last day of the semester despite each roommate going up to the office several times and reporting the issue.
