It the kid of place you only go once. I’m not a snob but I take my Q seriously. The Pig’s food quality, appearance presentation all sub standard. Service incredibly slow for a bbq restaurant. All in all the worst bbq food and restaurant experience I have ever had
Worst smoked Turkey I have ever had... husband wasnt thrilled with the ribs, chicken, or pulled pork.... bathrooms were disgusting.... waitress was friendly that was about the only good thing. Feel like I cheated myself my first time in Memphis.
Looking for great BBQ on Beale Street and found this nice little rustic place. Extremely friendly as the gentlemen at the front door asked what we were looking for and what they recommend to suit our desires. The staff inside followed with continued ‘at home’ service. We were not disappointed! The Big Beer on Beale Street cup added to the great experience! Will visit again when in Memphis and highly recommend it to my friends.
Very good food and environment! Just make sure you have your Tums! 😜
Food was average, service was not. Waitress was visibly put out when we announced that we would be sharing dishes. Brought food to table and never returned. We were on a rib crawl and the are several places on Beale St. with better food and better service.
