RecommendedThe Pig is right up on top as being 1 of the best bbq restaurants that I've ever tried. From the blending of inventive flavors of the Beet/bleu cheese salad and the roasted shroom/sprouts to the perfectly cooked pulled pork and brisket. Even the hush puppies were amazingly light and yummy. I was in heaven. We will most definitely be making the 45 min drive just to dine at The Pig!
