Currently locked outside of my apartment that I paid rent for early with my groceries. I placed the highest order maintenance call because my key phob is not working, I went to the office in February to renew my key and they refused saying that it would work until the lease was up. So it’s either the battery or the key and it has been over 45min since I placed the maintenance request. We live in a great community and is almost hard to believe how neighbors are not taking things seriously about the current situation in our county, when neighbors know that all of us most stay at home safe, even the situation is getting worse, but they don't listen and are gathering in groups inside apartment 170, having parties and also proof of marihuana smelling all over the place. These apartments are very attentive to their clients. They are very friendly and always willing to help.
Really enjoy this apartment, the staff is great as well as the tenants. The apartments themselves are really spacious, and have all the latest & new appliances!
As a real estate professional I can attest to the fact that these apartments are truly the best deal in terms of price per square footage and amenities. If you’re looking for a property with luxury finishes at a great price, I think you owe it to yourself to tour the Pierpont!
