Improper install. Living room flooded. Not returning our calls.
We had piedmont fully replace our roof in 2021 with a 10 year warranty and getting them to come out to fix any issues has consistently been a nightmare. We currently have shingles that have slid down the roof and I've called 5 times and every time I'm told someone will call me back it's happened only once. We were able to set a date for someone to come out and I got a text the morning of saying they were cancelling but have not rescheduled. Our HOA got our roof re-done by them in 2020. Unfortunately 3-4 years later have been having issues with the roof and have not been able to get anyone on the phone to consult whether or not we're eligible for warranty work. After over two weeks of calling and speaking with a receptionist numerous times, no dice. If you expect support in the future in reference to your roof job, I would keep that mind and make sure you save all your receipts!
