Great place, great food & great People. You cant go wrong with this place. They are still sort of new, but the owners dont let you see that. Service and food are top notch and they have a great beer/wine selection with a lot of local variety. Great place with in an beautiful old mansion that you should check out when in town.
Pickering Creek Inn Pickering Creek Inn is in the former Mansion House spot. It's been nicely renovated with a comfortable but odd bar (It has one bar height side and one table height side). They have a fabulous and thoughtfully chosen beer selection. The food was just OK. No surprises, few vegetarian choices (was an issue for the group I was was with), and pricey for what it was. I will say I had the mussels and they were excellent. The live music has been really good and it's a nice place to go see local talent.
