Just had surgery yesterday at The Physician's Centre. It is very quiet and I had a fantastic group of nurses that were very attentive and extremely nice. A special thanks to Jamie Batten in pre-op, and Brandon, Samantha, and Denise in post-op!!
My third surgery here and I'm not sure I would ever go anywhere else. No worries of infections..staff great...and my doc is the best! On time and very good care.
Dr. Virginia Smith took me on as a patient at the end of my pregnancy which was high risk and she was so knowledgeable of my condition and so loving and compassionate! She delivered my son and did such an amazing job! She is my forever OB doctor now and delivering my second son in just a few days! Highly recommend her to any woman!
I am just blown away by the care and compassion evidenced by every single person I have encountered in this hospital, from housekeeping and nursing to physicians and even administration. Virtually every one has been compassionate and tender in their treatment of me and my wife. I expected good things when I arrived and I have been surprised by the surpassing excellence of treatment and service. Thanks very much for exceeding my expectations.
