Dr. Medford has finally been able to help me with my bulging disks! Having worked with several other doctors for over a year with little to no relief I have found relief here! The staff in general is very knowledgeable and friendly and focus on you! My appointments are never rushed and I feel they take a deep interest in me personally. Very pleased with my progress!
The staff is great; the girls in the office and the surgical center are very sweet they’re always smiling. Dr. Raziano is Amazing he has a great sense of humor and he’s very nice to look at. Overall I had a wonderful experience.
My experience with Dr. Charles MacNeill and Dr. Susan Slappey. I’m never rushed and I never feel I am not heard. With chronic sciatica and problems with my spine, I feel they take the time to find out what I am doing in my day, how to make changes to my routine to help lessen nerve aggravation. Epidurals have become part of my routine after 20 years and my pain medication list is considered quite conservative by my other physicians. I have been a patient since the 1980’s. That in itself speaks volumes to the level of faith and trust I place in them! I have managed significant back issues over this period and avoided surgeries that offered no guarantees of success. I have be forced on several occasions to go to other practices due to location. Dr Porter was a Godsend for me. I went from laying in a zero gravity chair for six months to playing golf in England. Couldn’t have achieved that without his expertise. Great bedside manner. Always attentive and asking how he can help me. He truly returned me to an active lifestyle and changed my quality of life. He will always be one of my favorite docs!!!’
That the staff real cares about you from the time you enter the door. You never feel like you've been left in a room and forgotten about. If you have a concern just mention it and they will work with you.
