Excellent service on a public holiday 6/10/25. Person serving went above and beyond their job and solved a very complex problem. I was confronted with a full phone-lockout bind last evening having arrived into Batemans Bay for the weekend earlier, used the phone all day, only to find , after I tried to recharge it, that it was not accepting the charge. Worse, a unique sign which I had not seen ever before, emerged appearing to tell me that there was internal moisture somewhere &, worse, a typed note then emerged to tell me to disconnect, immediately !
