Made an appointment with them to get an estimate for hoarding assistance at a family member's house. They confirmed the time/day. Then they never showed up. No call, no text, nothing. Just a no show. When I called to ask if they were coming, no one picked up the phone. Very unprofessional.

I’ve never seen such hard workers! They did a fabulous job laying tile on my balcony. They showed up on time and finished on time. They are perfectionists in laying out the pattern. Very pleased and would recommend.

Gus & his staff did an awesome job with mold remediation and restoring my kitchen walls & cabinets. He made himself available to answer all of my questions and his price was reasonable. I would highly recommend Phoenix Restoration to anyone.

The company was excellent. I had water damage in a condominium and they came immediately to help prevent mold and soak up any water. The company came three days in a row to check the water damage. On the fourth day they removed all the blowers they had installed and put the rug, baseboard trim, etc. back in order. They were excellent. I would highly recommend.

Gus and his team have done multiple projects for us and he continues to be wonderful to work with! He is honest, reliable, excellent at communicating and does beautiful work! I appreciate his attention to detail and his ability to answer questions quickly and thoroughly. Most recently he helped us renovate a bathroom and it came out exactly how I had hoped! I would not hesitate to work with Gus again.
