I had a leak in my condo from the A/C of the unit above me. I called and spoke to Gus and he came out the same afternoon and checked out the moisture in the ceilings and walls and told me it wouldn't be necessary for him to cut into my walls to set up drying equipment and I would be fine using the fans I was currently using. I work for a contractor and I can say that he is an honest contractor because he didn't try to push me into any water restoration service. Gus Trujillo and his crew at The Phoenix Restoration did a beautiful job of clearing out the mold and remodeling my house. I have new floors, a GORGEOUS new kitchen, new paint, upgraded guest bath and laundry room. The crew was professional, kind, and respectful.
