We moved to The Phoenix six months ago which I'm glad I did! The office staff is very friendly and personable. The few times we had a maintenance issue, they responded right away and fixed the problem. There is a lot of shopping and restaurants near by which is great!
We moved here from across the country. We rented sight unseen. Kelly and Hannah were fantastic through the long distance process. We really enjoy the location! It’s so close to everything!The closets are big, the renovated apartment is nice, and like the first floor patio privacy.
I love living at these apartments!! Very nice and clean, and the office staff is always friendly and helpful! I am hoping to stay for quite some time!
I have been living here for the past 7 months first time apartment too. Me and my boyfriend both love it!!really quite place the neighbors are quite.the management is really nice!! Very dog friendly. I love these apartments!
I have lived here 10 years and enjoy my apartment . Neighbors have been noisey ever since they moved in but are finally moving out as new management does not tolerate this. They are making changes, not all are for us tenants but at least it is being upgraded. I miss the trees but they were a fire hazard.
