RecommendedMy Dad was here for a few months. Although we only have experience at one other memory care facility, this place was always professional and caring. The facility is well maintained and the staff are happy to be there and support you. When the corona situation started and my dad was given a few weeks to live, the director set up a special visitation for us. This is a beautiful, affordable, community with a highly skilled Wellness Director and fantastic leadership. It’s definitely a “must see”!
Staff is rude and not gentle with our loved ones. They don’t know my mom’s name after almost 2 years of being there. Staff won’t take a phone to my mother when we call o talk to her. In fact they have been caught saying here she is and laying the phone in an empty room with no one around. My mother is nonverbal at this stage so on the phone we were none the wiser.
