I can’t say enough good things about The Phoenix at Milton! My mother suffered a stroke and we had limited time to find a place. We didn’t even know how to start looking. Shav met with us on a Saturday just to help us learn more about the differences in care. After making our decision for The Phoenix at Milton, we found out that my mom was going to be released from rehabilitation almost a week early! My 91-year old mother has been at The Phoenix at Milton for 6 years - we started out in assisted living and just made the move to memory care. The entire staff has been phenomenal - we cannot thank everyone enough for all that they have done over these many years. They have consistently treated my mom and her family with care and kindness - we are truly grateful.

I visited 8 or 9 assisted living facilities all within a reasonable distance of our home looking for the right place for my father. All were nice places and several stood out. I knew Phoenix was the place very quickly. It checked all the boxes on the list. New. Modern amenities. Very clean. Nice people. More amenities than my dad would probably even care about. When I showed my wife she said she wanted to move in. Always ask the residents if you can.

Although we only had our mother reside at the Phoenix at Milton for a little over 3 months since when we moved there she was in the early process of hospice, we could not have been more pleased with the experience. The facility is very well kept and maintained and presented itself as a top level environment to house anyone’s loved one. My mother has lived at The Phoenix at Milton for 5 years now - and we remain so thankful that we discovered this home for her! She loves the staff, all of whom have been kind and caring. The facility is very well maintained, and the director Kenneth and all his staff take great care to create a pleasant home for their residents.
