The staff goes the extra mile. For example, my mother leaves for dialysis three times a week and she struggles to get ready in time. The staff makes sure mom is up, dressed, had breakfast, and is in the lobby before transportation is there. Thank you Phoenix!
Update: after three plus years, my mother-in-law continues to thrive at The Phoenix at Milton. She has been in the memory care unit which is a great size for her. I have seen other memory care units that are larger and I think this would be more difficult for her. The food, staff and activities are engaging for her and we love the consistency.
