Employee hit my car and ran then processed to Billy me and hit my window in the parking lot of this here senior living place aka her place of work until the cops came. She got away bc it was just paint damage. I wouldn’t want anyone around someone so aggressive. Don’t believe me watch the tape. She was so aggressive I had to stay on the phone with 911. I wouldn’t want anyone in my family around that.

The staff make The Phoenix at Milton really special. They make it such a nice, stimulating environment for residents. My mom loves it there.

My father lived at The Phoenix in Milton, GA, and our family was very disappointed with the level of care he received. He was promised support with acclimating to the community, but staff never followed through. He was often left confused and uncomfortable, especially at mealtimes, when he was repeatedly told to move from seats that weren’t even assigned.
