Good leaders lead from the front, not the back. During this recent ice storm the leaders stayed overnight for several days along with their team members, to ensure that the safety and comfort of our loved ones were intact. Wonderful care at The Phoenix. Modern, clean, comfortable and homey. Staff takes a sincere interest in all of the residents. Pretty environment, quality meals, excellent care. And I want to add, Phoenix staff and leadership had the recent ice storm handled beautifully. Everyone was safe, sound and well cared for. Thanks to everyone there!
A wonderful place! Friendly staff, very well maintained, super clean, nice looking decor, plenty of activities for your loved family member. Would recommend for anyone that is looking for an assisted living home. They really go out of their way to make it feel like home! The smell of cookies freshly baked to the music nights; it has a great atmosphere. This place is really special!
