Really nice apartment complex!
I’ve waited a few months since moving into The Phoenix to write my review. I moved in February, completely new to Fort Worth, leaving my hometown was a big leap for me, but The Phoenix has made the transition feel seamless and welcoming. Quiet, peaceful, everything is convenient .
Moving into The Phoenix in Downtown Fort Worth was a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the process smooth and stress-free. The maintenance staff, Trey and Aaron, are incredibly helpful. I had minor issues at move-in that were fixed in less than 24 hours. The gym is really nice and has everything you need to skip going elsewhere most days. I even noticed something that needed repair, and it was corrected very quickly. I have been living here for about 4 years, and like most apartment complexes it has its pros and cons. But one pro, by far, is Trey the maintenance man. He is always prompt, helpful, and genuinely nice. A positive that's hard to experience on a tour.
