Moving into The Phoenix in Downtown Fort Worth was a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the process smooth and stress-free. The maintenance staff, Trey and Aaron, are incredibly helpful. I had minor issues at move-in that were fixed in less than 24 hours. The gym is really nice and has everything you need to skip going elsewhere most days. I even noticed something that needed repair, and it was corrected very quickly. I have been living here for about 4 years, and like most apartment complexes it has its pros and cons. But one pro, by far, is Trey the maintenance man. He is always prompt, helpful, and genuinely nice. A positive that's hard to experience on a tour.
My partner and I have been living here since 2023, and just renewed our lease. I love our apartment so much – we face the courtyard, and the fountain is near our bedroom window, which is very relaxing. Management/maintenance teams are truly spectacular! Kimberly and Allison are sweet and so helpful. Trey and his assistant keep the property looking great and functioning well. One of the best apartments we lived at. The staff were nice and helpful. The grounds and community areas were kept clean. We probably would have renewed our lease but it wasn’t in our budget.
If you are a guest here, there is very limited parking and your car will get towed. The apartments are nice, but the parking policies are worse than our administration when Biden was in office. I’m posting this review because of the inconvenience of parking. Please put the customers first and work on it.
