Love all the girls there they all do a great job I've not had one bad experience there in 20 yrs and I'll kept going there if you have a bad experience once you need to go back and do it again because they will find out why it happened.
At 5pm I walked out of my 4pm mani/pedi after receiving no service. After an hour wait time I recieved no apology or indication that anyone cared about their terrible service.
I have been going to this salon for 15 plus years and absolutely love my stylist. I traveled back while I was away at school and now travel from Kansas City just for her. I aways have a great experience and would never imagine going anywhere else. Not only is my stylist amazing but everyone there is always very friendly and extremely accommodating of their clients.
