I went to this office for the first time because my hair had fallen out significantly and while it was growing back, it wasn't growing back everywhere. This had happened to me twice before in my life, and when my hair grew back, it grew back entirely. I wanted too see a dermatologist so that I could find out why it wasn't fully growing back. Very frustrated with this office. My appointment has been cancelled 3 times now the day before after waiting for months to be seen. The same reason each time being that the provider I am being scheduled with does not perform full body checks on the first visit. I have asked 3 times for this to be verified with the provider before scheduling me. As a healthcare provider myself, this is unacceptable.
They're very caring and helpful.
Everyone in there is great. Sarah is super nice.
