Called the doctor twice to fax a prescription and they say they never received it. I even gave the doctor the fax number. They have some system problems that need attention.
Phone number is fake don't bother calling. Clear lack of care here.
Customer service stinks! At 8:30 a.m. open, you still don’t get to speak with anyone. They don’t come to your house when their equipment is not working. Their sleep apnea machines are trash. I have had to go to the store to get service. I have found other companies in Toledo that work better with families and patients.
Horrible customer service. Any time I’ve had to deal with a representative-they were extremely rude. Told me with less than a weeks notice that they no longer carry any Entral supplies.
For this place you need no stars. If you’re going to talk about your customers make sure you whisper where they can’t hear you. Your words were unacceptable how dare you insinuate I didn’t want to pay for a new machine and the machine I brought in wasn’t even mine. All they are out for is their money… shame on them… not even an apology, just a closed door the next time they wanted to talk about me!
