Cannot say enough good things about this place! My 1 year old lab Betty has more energy than I know what to do with and the Pet's Play Palace has welcomed her to their daycare and boarding! The owners are always so nice and inviting even when my dog is jumping on them and yanking my arm off. They actually get to know your dog and their personality. Hands down the best boarding in Houston. My dog is always happy when I pick her up. The owners care a great deal for the dogs and the business and it shows.
Great place. We have taken our dog Mak here twice to be boarded and both times the owner Anthony has been super accommodating. The first time when we dropped him off he was hesitant for we have never boarded him before. When we picked him up he seemed sad and his tail wouldnt wag for four days. We were traveling with our dog Tucker and we unexpectedly had to spend a couple of days in Houston. MD Anderson gave us The Pet's Play Palace information. We walked in and explained our situation and they were happy to help us. Thankfully Tucker loves other dogs. He had a good time and we were able to relax knowing he was being looked after. We are very appreciative of the staff for accommodating us on such short notice and taking good care of him. Thank you!
