My grandson was treated by amazing doctors and staff.
I called my doctor's office to cancel an appt bc I was too sick to go. I also had to get 5 staples removed from my head the same day at the same appt. So, I called, told her the situation, and IMMEDIATELY, this nasty cow started REPEATING "but you have staples to be removed." "But you have staples to be removed." I need to say I always prefer to read Reviews prior to any type of treatment, surgery etc I'm writing this now, it is actually the evening before my Colonoscopy/Endoscopy (I will return after my procedures to review the Doctor....) The reception lady, Jeanette is always very kind to me when I call and makes me feel welcomed during my appointments. However, right now their phone lines are still unavailable so I'm uncertain whether or not they have received the fax for the refill on my prescription. I have had quite a few unwelcoming experiences with my family doctor AND some pretty good ones as well (depending on the day). He has helped me find the right medication for me recently, but now I'm unsure of when I can get a refill and I can't bear another w... read more
