I live in Bali and sent a gift box to my daughter who is attending uni in Melbourne since last year. We haven't seen each other over one year due to pandemic. It was a small gift but beautifully presented with card which made her happy and cry. The quality of the product and service was excellent. Even though my purchase was small, the owner really took care of everything including the delivery time and the color of ribbons.
