UPDATE: THEY REACHED OUT TO ME AND RECTIFIED THE SITUATION! Just need better communication from the staff doing the appointments that day.
I made an appointment for my dog to get the cytopoint shot for allergies as she has bad reactions. We made this appointment days prior and when we show up at the mobile location we get in line at 4:30, a vet tech comes over to me asks what my dog is there for and I tell her. She says okay. 30 MINUTES goes by and it’s our turn to check-in. They tell us that they ran out of the shot at their last stop. It's excellent service, efficient, good price and very convenient. With all the vaccines and registrations needed to care for our pets. Thank you so much Pet Stop Clinic.
I just want to thank all the staff and the vets on how well they do their job . They treat my small dog with such love . Their van is really clean and most of all they work under extreme weather conditions and manage to calm people when someone tries to skip the line. The prices are reasonable and most of all they are helping the community that can’t afford the high cost of a regular veterinary clinic or hospital.when you call their number they always respond .
