Our last experience with their groomer was terrible. Our dog’s nails are splitting and she was shaved so close that she had a cut on her backside. She’s been a nervous wreck ever since she went. Our sweet poodle is now an anxious mess. This was the only time Shannon didn’t groom her. It will be the last time we bring our girl there. Very disappointed and sad for our fur baby.

This is the only place where my doggie feels comfortable ( which means so much ) Prices are fair and the quality of work is top notch 🇺🇸. Strongly recommend 🤙
i have been bring my dogs to Cat since they first opened. they are always friendly and take very good care of my dogs. i was thrilled when Cat bought the business from the prior owner. Bring your dog and you will also see how friendly they are and how wonderful they treat each and every dog. my dogs look so good when i pick them up. i have never ever had a bad experience with The Pet Spa. Best groomers I've had for my lil guy. They are very nice here and do a great job.
Some of the groomers here definitely need attitude adjustments. Very condescending and rude.
Scruffy loves Cat, his groomer and Matt, the groomer’s husband who picks Scruffy up from the my car parked in front of The Pet Spa building for Matt to bring Scruffy inside to the groomer. Scruffy always gets a perfect haircut every time and he smells so nice and looks great with a bow tie. Because, Cat, his human groomer is also into photography, she takes awesome pictures of all dogs and cats after they are groomed using different fun themes like Western Wanted theme and Pirate theme. First time visiting this groomer and it was an awesome experience. They schedule one pup at a time. Cat did a wonderful job grooming my special needs pup. I will definitely take both my dogs there going forward. The staff are very customer focused. I highly recommend this business.
