The staff here is so kind and I feel like they really care. My cats are always so calm during their regular vet visits and I think that has to do with the professional and steady temperament of the vets. I have been here for problem visits and annuals and the experience has always been great. I always ask a lot of questions and they are always answered very thoroughly by the vets. Such a great team here at The Pet Mechanic! We have been going here for years and they are all super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Plus, in my experience, I find the pricing here to be really affordable in comparison to other providers. We prefer this veterinary practice so much so, that we come up from South Philly each time! Trust them completely! My cats usually don’t do well with strangers, especially my Stella. She has so much anxiety after having to leave the home, but staff definitely know how to keep her calm. They are really gentle and had no problems answering all my questions. And, I never feel rushed!
Dr. Foley and his team were exceptional. When my cat required perineal urethrostomy (PU) surgery, the emergency vet recommended taking him here for surgery at a lower cost than what they could offer. Dr. Foley made space in his busy schedule to fit my cat in for surgery the day i called and was professional throughout the whole experience.
