We have been coming to Pet Mechanic for years. Beginning with our cats and then adding our two special pitties to the family. Dr foley and the entire pet mechanic team is always accommodating (especially with anxious and reactive dogs) and really listens to you. They have taken such good care of our animals. Needed a new vet that was closer to our new place in Fishtown. They were able to get me scheduled pretty quickly to check out our dog. Front office was super nice and able to get account set up. Tech was very friendly and kind to our dog. I feel asked all the right questions. Doctor came in and he was extremely good with our dog. She doesn’t really let anyone she doesn’t know pick her up and she probably would have went home with him haha. Pricing was very fair and reasonable too for a check up and anal gland expression. I am very pleased with the care my cat received on a recent visit. Both Kim and Dr. Harris were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Kim was especially kind and compassionate. They were able to diagnose and treat her issues.vShe is well on the road to recovery. Other than the overwhelming cost , the experience was wonderful. Used to visit the South St location before they closed, but this location is just as wonderful. Everyone is always so pleasant and responsive! Doctors and techs show a tremendous amount of care and respect for my baby, who I know can be difficult at times. They have high standards for hiring and it shows - everyone is truly wonderful here. Thank you for going above and beyond for my girl!
I absolutely love the pet mechanic! Everyone there is so kind and knowledgeable. My cat had stopped eating for 3 days and had me so worried, but Dr.Harris, Mikaela, Sherrie, and the rest of the staff took great care of him. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a veterinarian.
