We are so happy with our care at Pet Mechanic. We have never had an issue getting an appointment and are always seen precisely on time. We also never met a technician that wasn’t the happiest and friendliest person. We have seen both Dr Foley and Dr Harris and don’t have a preference since they have both provided exceptional care to our Goose. We have been there a little more than we would like but Goose has been more than thrilled to walk in each time.
The staff at the pet mechanic fishtown were all wonderful and treated my puppy with such good care. They ensured the vet would remain a positive experience for her for years to come. As well as made the experience stress free for myself by making everything as convenient as possible.
Took my cat to a different vet this week and they were hesitant to do her X-ray because of notes on chart saying she had to be “muzzled, aggressive and bit without warning.” I was completely unaware of that. My cat is not aggressive, she was scared. She was very good with the vet I took her to and they decided to go on with the X-ray despite what the Pet Mechanic said about her. Front desk Staff very professional & pleasant.. My cat had an appointment with Dr. Harris, she's very caring, and courteous. It's evident to me she is knowledgeable about her all types of animals..She handle my cat with such patience, like it was her own.. This review is long overdue. It’s been over a year since I switched from my previous vet to The Pet Mechanic Fishtown, and I have nothing but praise for Dr. Nathan Foley and the entire veterinary team. To start, they saved my fur baby. The care that they provided to her during the treatment went beyond prescriptions and procedures. They continue to demonstrate patience, compassion and understanding of her special condition and provide necessary accommodation for her visits when such accommodations are needed.
