I was quoted a price over to the phone to board my 3 dogs. Several weeks later when I arrived at their clinic I was told I had to leave a $200.00 deposit. Good thing I carry credit cards because no one advised me I needed to leave a deposit. After I picked the dogs up I was told I was being charged an extra $60 dollars plus the price to board my dogs because they bathed my dogs.
