I had a great experience at Pet Hospital in Thousand Oaks with Dr. Siegel. He was wonderful—professional, caring, and took the time to explain everything and go over my options. I really appreciated that I never felt pressured into unnecessary treatments or services. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and the office was very clean and welcoming. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and their owners. I highly recommend Dr. Siegel and the team at Pet Hospital in Thousand Oaks!
The staff is is very friendly and it has my favorite vet (Dr Kelly) that used to be at the holistic Calabasas vet clinic before they closed. That is the main reason I went there, but feel good about everyone else I've met there. The animals I've seen there seem to be pretty calm and not as anxious as I typically see in the waiting room of other vets so they must pick up on the friendly nature of the place also.
I had an amazing experience with this office, starting with the initial call to coming in and meeting the staff and Doctor Siegal. My dog was a handful to say the least and I was never made to feel anything other than well cared for. I highly recommend!!!!!
As a retired veterinary technician, This is a very well organized hospital. The staff is very caring and the doctors are fantastic. Great with diagnostics, surgery, and are very informative I have taken 3 dogs there for various medical reasons and also all three had dentals there, one of who was a major high risk for anesthesia and they did such a great job. The hospital has a great protocol with anesthesia and recovery which was very impressive. I thank them all for all they do.
Absolutely great. Dr Siegel and wonderful and caring team of animal lovers treated me and my cats like VIPs. Very personable and professional. Incredible service and family atmosphere of true care. Didn’t feel like a typical vet office.
