We had Grace over on May 5 so just over a month ago now as I’m writing this review. We’ve been hearing something running in the vents. She came over took a look at our house for entrance points and couldn’t find any. She then left us some vitamin k boxes I think they are called in the garage, basement and two rooms upstairs where we’ve been hearing the noises. I called the company at 9.15am because we have a vole problem. My call was returned 7 minutes later and Aaron was on my door step before 1pm. He explained everything to me and gave advice on next steps after we get it under control. Aaron is a credit to the company. Informative, patient with all my questions and very helpful and polite.
