So grateful to have this resource in Salisbury! The services and the staff are fantastic. I think they have the most legitimate, accurate approach to TRUE wellness. Their space is beautiful, I feel better as soon as I walk in the door. Very thankful that Angela Blake introduced me to The Personal Wellness Center!
Even if it's hard to believe that you won't be able to open up to someone try it out anyway. Also I recommend all their relaxation methods especially the aqua massage!
Absolutely LOVE The Personal Wellness Center, I am so glad I found their services, I attended the Mindfulness and Meditation Workshop and learned so much, I am so excited for the new center and attended my first Reiki share last night, I was so tired, didn't feel well, and found myself trying to make excuses to just go home and go to bed but I knew that I needed to go because I knew how I would feel when I left and I was exactly right, such a calming and peaceful environment and loved the Reiki share.
