The communication in the office is horrible. I called 4 times In a row saying I needed a different appointment time. No call back next thing you know my sons discharged. For 4 weeks in a row. They don’t even have voicemails to talk to your provider. You leave a message with the staff at the front and hope that they receive it which in my experience doesn’t seem to happen.
