We just completed the Hypnobirthing class with Jessica at the Perinatal Wellness Center and it was excellent!! My baby is due June 8th and as someone who has always been very anxious and afraid about the entire birthing process, I feel much better prepared and much more excited for it after having taken this course. Julie treated my rare pp complication with acupuncture which I know helped my healing along - from my personal experience and the peer-reviewed research my own doctor shared with me. Mercedes has been the best therapist I’ve ever had and I’m so grateful for her. In addition to this whole team’s wide skill set, providing a kind of wraparound care, they are warm, kind, and generous humans. The postpartum care has been transformative and they can support you from pre-pregnancy right through to pp and beyond!
My husband and I completed the Hypnobirthing Course with Mercedes and are amazed with the value we received over the 5 sessions. Our confidence grew and we truly felt empowered. Highly recommend this program!
