I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Perfect Smile in Price, Utah. I had to cancel an appointment due to a death in my family, yet I was still charged a cancellation fee. I tried to explain the situation and requested that a manager follow up with me, but of course, no one ever called. The staff showed no compassion or concern, and the lack of follow-through is incredibly unprofessional. They did a crown for me, it was causing me discomfort so I went back in. They pulled extra cement off of it for me. They told me to come back in if I had any more problems. I still had problems. I scheduled another appointment and went in. I told him there was a food trap and every time I eat anything, I immediately have pain and discomfort. They said it looked fine to them. Had a crown come off. My regular dentist is closed on Friday. I called them, they said to come right over. Didn’t have to wait at all! Very kind, thorough, and in just a few minutes they had me done! They are awesome
