There’s a reason why there’s so many 1 star reviews!! Don’t ignore the reviews and don’t give them your money if you don’t like being ignored because that’s exactly what they do. So hard to reach and you can’t even leave a voicemail because their mailbox is full(wonder why..).
Everyone I encountered here were super super helpful, especially the owner herself, Shelsye. From beginning to end, they were able to help and accommodate me with everything I need! From picking out the perfect dress for me all the way through alterations, they can do it all!!! I can’t recommend this place and I will definitely send all my friends here for all their wedding dress needs!
We came in as desperate walk ins! We had a huge time crunch for my moms wedding and they delivered! She got a gorgeous lavender gown and said yes to the dress! As a 2027 bride to be myself I will absolutely be back with an appointment this time to find my dress
We came in to look for my cousins wedding dress, not really knowing what we were looking for. We are so glad we ran into Diana at the Perfect Day because she made us feel super welcoming and showed us so much we ended up leaving with the perfect dress for my cousin. I cannot say enough amazing things about The Perfect Day by Shelsye’s! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and calm, exactly what you need when searching for the dress. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, especially with me being a bit indecisive.
