Was introduced to the Perfect Circle Fitness Studio by Ileana. I wanted to improve myself & get more active. She suggested I try her Pilates class. I have fallen in love with doing the Pilates. Ileana is so encouraging & easy to work with. In just a short time, I have improved my flexibility in ways I never thought I would at my age. I turn 70 next week. It's my second home, it's a place where I can challenge myself to do more, to be a little better everyday. I work out six days a week and there is not one day I can say wow I am soo sorry I did this workout. It's always a challenge for me and I look forward everyday to be in this place where I can grow and be lifted. Thank you "The Perfect Circle" 💪
